Most people have been taught to approach life through goals, timelines, and achievement. SMART goals. Performance targets. Checklists for who you should become.
That approach can be useful for projects. But it often leaves high-functioning people building lives that look successful and feel hollow to live inside of.
"What kind of life am I actually creating?"
Vision Anchors don't ask what you need to accomplish. They ask something bigger. They are a vision for the life you are consciously designing. The experience you want to live into over time. A North Star that orients your decisions, priorities, and environment toward something deeply aligned.
One is transactional and temporary. The other becomes a way of living and making decisions.
There are no perfect answers here. Move through each section in order. Write what's actually true, not what sounds right. Your anchors don't have to be finished. They have to be honest.
